Laura Heide is a master’s degree student in journalism and communication at the University of Hamburg. Her interests include political discourse in the media, sports culture, sustainability, podcasts and travels. In her research, she focuses on social and political participation in our transformative media system, the climate debate and protest communication in sports and climate. Beside her career she loves a good comedy show, some people call her a language nerd, she is always up for a good run and a coffee afterwards and you can catch her in football stadiums often on weekends.
