Climate change is a major human-induced problem, rooted in extractivism and exploitation of land, animals, and other humans. Being an inherently human-caused problem, it requires human-derived solutions. Like the climate problem itself, these solutions must also sit at the intersection between physical, biogeochemical, and social systems. To solve such a deep-rooted issue, it’s important that we understand the intricacies and nuances of the climate problem & how we got here.
In order to do so, it’s best to start with the basics. Here is a list of resources that we’ve compiled to introduce the topic. Not only on the science of why & how the climate is changing, but also on the evolution of climate solutions, policy measures and mitigation & adaptation strategies.

Der Klimawandel ist eines der prägendsten Themen der heutigen Zeit und wird von den verschiedensten menschlichen Taten beeinflusst. So sehen wir, dass sowohl Wirtschaft und Politik als auch das alltägliche Verhalten der Gesellschaft klare Auswirkungen auf das Klima hat.
Inzwischen könnte ein grundlegendes Wissen und Bewusstsein zum Klimawandel schon als Allgemeinwissen vorausgesetzt werden, allerding ist dieses Wissen noch längst nicht so verbreitet wie man es sich wünschen würde.
