Jakob zur Heide (B.A.) is a research assistant for the DFG project “The Trust Relationship between Science and Digitized Publics II” (TruSDi II). Following his Bachelor in “Liberal Arts and Sciences” at the University of Freiburg, he is currently pursuing his master’s degree in “Arbeit, Wirtschaft, Gesellschaft – Ökonomische und Soziologische Studien” at the University of Hamburg. His research interests include Science and Technology Studies, as well as current debates on digital and democratic economic planning, artificial intelligence, and platform economies.
